CARSON (CNS) - A 20-year-old man riding a bicycle and allegedly carrying a concealed shotgun and methamphetamine was arrested by sheriff's deputies in Carson, authorities announced today.

Ruben Lozano of Carson was arrested shortly before 5 p.m. on Tuesday in the 2600 block of Carson Street by deputies on patrol after committing a vehicle code violation while riding his bicycle, according to the sheriff's department and jail records.
